There’s nothing more fun than gathering pieces from a few different sources to make a vintage vignette. We found these awesome children’s books from the 1940s in an antique store in Erie, Pennsylvania. The pair of beautiful red oil lamps are from a second-hand shop in North Tonawanda, New York, and the wool plaid afgan is from an estate sale in Buffalo. All are available in the Shop section of our website.
You never know what you’ll find, whether it’s at a garage sale or antique auction. The trick is to look everywhere, because there’s often only one or two items in any one place that fit our rustic adirondack style. If you don’t have the time to spend searching, you’ve come to the right place! Please bookmark our site and visit us often. We’re out there poking around every day, and we post new items weekly as we find them!
