This beautiful 1920s framed camping print was originally created by well-known artist W.M. Thompson in the 1800s. Titled, “By a Mountain Stream,” the gorgeous print features a towering mountain range by moonlight, with a waterfall in the center. In the foreground is a peaceful stream with a small boat pulled up on shore. Off to the left is a lone male camper sitting in a lean-to before a blazing fire. Lush trees and foliage surround the scene, and the moonlight reflects off the still water with a beautiful golden glow. This print is in excellent vintage condition and is framed behind glass in a lovely old gold-painted wood frame. (Sorry about the reflections in the glass!) The print is approximately 8.75 by 11.5 inches, and the outside measurement of the frame is 10.25 inches wide by 13.25 inches high. Hanger on the back. Just the perfect piece of art for a cabin or lodge!
