Antique Cow Bell

Gorgeous authentic hand-forged iron cow bell with original clapper. Made in the 1800s, the bell was painted red a long time ago. The bell has riveted seams on both sides and a folded design at top. Rough iron body has lots of wear. Welded metal handle on top. The large bell measures 7.5 inches tall and is 5.25 inches wide at the base. Original round chunk of metal for the clapper, attached to an inside ring with a wonderful hand-forged hook. Beautiful patina with mottled surface. Rings loudly. In very good antique condition with no damage. Absolutely fabulous authentic rustic farmhouse decor, especially if you love red!
