Vintage Bronze Horse Bookends

Beautiful pair of antique cast bronze Western saddle horse bookends made by Bron Met in the 1920s. Stamped with makers mark on the back, with the number D-9 and an unreadable patent date. Original sand casting. Grazing horses are beautifully detailed as are their Western saddles and tack. I have polished them with Brasso and the original bronze color came up nicely. In very good antique condition, heavy and without damage. Each bookend measures 5.25 inches long, 4.5 inches high and 2 inches wide. Worn green felt on the bottom. Lovely Western equestrian decor. Perfect gift for a horse lover!
