This is the real deal. Carry-Lite fiber molded decoys have been used by duck hunters since 1924. They are hand-painted with glass eyes and a small ring on the bottom for an anchor cord. This one is a Dura-Beak Mallard model, and still has the cord attached, though the anchor is gone. Paint is faded and rubbed away in a couple of spots, but one of the best I’ve seen in terms of condition. Probably made in the late 1940s.
