Vintage Gathering Tray – Garden Tray

What a charming vintage garden tray this is! Someone made this handled tray using very old pieces of scrap wood, with a turned chair spindle for a handle. Rustic, primitive and charming all at the same time. The tray measures 16 inches wide by 12 inches deep front to back, and stands 10.5 inches high. Someone has painted the tray in a light sage green chalk paint, giving it a romantic and springy look. Roughly made of antique barn board type wood, the pieces do not fit perfectly together and there are gaps in the sides and on the bottom. Sturdy and heavy, though, it would be a great holder for plants on the porch or in the garden. In very good vintage condition. We currently have three of these trays, the other two are listed separately.
